Digital stamp card app, with no app to download
A loyalty stamp card your customers open by scanning a QR code at the counter. It runs in the mobile browser in your branding, so nobody has to install anything to collect their first stamp.
What is a digital stamp card?
A digital stamp card is a loyalty stamp card that lives on the customer phone instead of on a piece of card. The customer scans a QR code at your counter to get theirs, staff scan the customer code at each purchase to add a stamp, and the reward you chose unlocks once the card is full. Ours is a web app rather than something from an app store, so the stamp card opens in the mobile browser and the customer can start collecting on the same visit they joined. It also does the one thing card and ink never did: it tells you who is collecting, how often they come in, and who is one stamp away from a reward.
- A stamp card without an app download: it opens in the mobile browser from a QR code.
- The loyalty stamp card sits on the phone your customer already carries, so it cannot be left at home.
- You can see who comes back, when they were last in, and who is close to a reward.
- No integration work: the digital stamp card runs alongside the till you already use.
What a digital stamp card does that card and ink cannot
Six things that decide whether a stamp card gets used or forgotten in a drawer.
- Nothing to install
- The app store is where loyalty signups quietly die. Scanning a QR code takes the customer straight to the stamp card in their browser, so they can join and earn their first stamp while they are still standing at the counter.
- The card cannot be left at home
- A paper stamp card lives in the other jacket. The phone comes along every time, and the customer can check how many stamps are left without asking anyone behind the counter.
- You decide what earns a stamp
- A stamp can follow the visit, the number of items, or a fixed amount spent, and you can cap how many stamps one scan is allowed to give. Change the goal, the reward, or the rule later without reprinting anything.
- Tiers for after the first reward
- A full card is a single moment. Tiers such as Silver and Gold are earned by coming back rather than by one big order, so there is still something to aim at once the first reward has been claimed.
- The QR poster is made for you
- The portal turns your logo, colour, and customer link into an A4 poster you download as PNG or PDF and print yourself. No designer, and no wait between deciding and the first customer.
- Your brand, your subdomain
- The stamp card runs on your logo, your colour, and your own subdomain. Customers see your business on the screen, not another company app with your name in small print.
How to launch your stamp card
Three steps, and all three can happen today.
- 01. Set the card up
- Logo, colour, how many stamps earn what, and whether a stamp follows a visit, an item, or an amount spent. It usually takes about fifteen minutes, and if you would rather have us on a call while you do it, message us.
- 02. Put the QR code where people wait
- Print the poster from the portal and stand it where the customer is already standing still: the till, the counter, the table. That is where phones are out of pockets.
- 03. Scan at every purchase
- Staff open the scan screen, scan the customer code, and carry on. When the goal is reached the reward unlocks by itself and the customer shows it at the counter.

Digital stamp card FAQ
Do my customers have to download an app?
No, there is no app to download. They scan your QR code with the phone camera and the stamp card opens straight in the browser. If they want an icon, they can add it to the home screen in one tap, and it then opens like an app without anyone visiting the App Store or Google Play. That is deliberate: a download requirement is exactly where people give up while queueing.
How much does a digital stamp card cost?
Standard is 99 DKK a month excluding VAT, roughly 13 EUR, and covers the whole loyalty program with unlimited members and unlimited stamping. Marketing features such as email, push and referrals are add-ons from 19 DKK a month each, so you pay only for what you use. Pro is 249 DKK a month and includes all eight add-ons. Paying yearly costs 990 DKK for Standard and 2,490 DKK for Pro, which makes two months free, and there is no setup fee and no binding period.
How long does it take to set up a stamp card?
You can be live the same day. The setup in the owner portal is usually about fifteen minutes: logo, colour, stamp goal, reward. After that you print the QR poster and stand it on the counter. If you would rather not do it alone, we will set it up with you on a call.
What about the paper stamp cards my customers already have?
Let them run out. Keep honouring the cards already in circulation and stop handing out new ones. Anyone holding a half-full card can be signed up at the counter and stamped up to the number they already had, so nobody feels they are starting again. The changeover usually takes a few weeks, and you never order a batch of cards again.
Does a digital stamp card work with my till or EPOS?
It runs alongside your till and does not talk to it, on purpose. There is nothing to integrate, no module to buy, and no waiting on your provider, which is why you can start today. The trade-off is that the receipt total is not read automatically: if you stamp per amount spent, staff type the total when they scan.
What happens when a customer gets a new phone?
The stamps follow the customer account, not the device. They sign in on the new phone and the stamp card is there with the same balance. It is also why clearing the browser costs nobody their stamps: the card is stored on a server, not only in the browser.
Is a digital stamp card GDPR compliant?
Yes, as long as consent and the roles are in place, and they are from the start. The customer consents when they join and can withdraw that consent again. You are the data controller for the information about your customers and we are the processor: message us before you go live and you get a data processing agreement with the list of sub-processors. We never sell your customer data and we never contact your customers.
Can staff or customers cheat the stamps?
Customers cannot add stamps to their own card: a stamp requires a staff member to scan the customer code on a device you control. Every stamp is stored with the time and the staff member who scanned it, so an odd pattern is visible in the owner portal. You can also cap how many stamps a single scan may give, so one scan can never fill an entire card.
Standard 99 DKK/mo excl. VAT, about 13 EUR, for the whole loyalty program, with add-ons from 19 DKK/mo. No setup fee and no binding period. Pay yearly and two months are free.
