A digital loyalty card that turns guests into regulars.

A loyalty app for small business that nobody has to install. Customers scan a QR code and collect stamps in their browser, and staff stamp a visit in one tap without touching your till.

Built for the way your business actually runs

A loyalty card app looks different in a cafe than in a salon. Each page covers one kind of business, with the pricing and the counter workflow spelled out.

Digital stamp card
The stamp card, on the phone. Scan a QR code, nothing to install.
Restaurant loyalty programme
For restaurants, cafes and takeaways. No POS integration.
Digital punch card
The paper punch card, on the phone. No lost cards, no copies.
Salon loyalty programme
For barbers and beauty salons, where visits are eight weeks apart.
Pricing, in plain words
What each plan includes, monthly and yearly.

Three screens, and that is the whole programme

Fifteen minutes of setup, a QR poster on the counter, and a card your customers carry with them.

01. Set up in about fifteen minutes
Your logo, your colour, and how many stamps earn a reward. Print the QR poster, put it on the counter, and it opens a card in your brand, like this one.
02. Customers scan, and the card is theirs
Stamps, tier and the next reward live on their phone between visits. No App Store, no password, and no card to leave at home.
03. Staff stamp in one tap
The member shows their code, staff scan it on a phone beside the till, and the stamp lands in a couple of seconds.

Built for the counter, and for the back office

Staff get a scanner that cannot reach your settings. You get one screen that tells you whether the programme is working.

Staff sign in to their own screen, scan the member code, and stamp the visit. They never reach billing, settings, or the export of your customer list.

Members, visits, rewards, and staff activity in one calm dashboard, with week-over-week movement so you can tell whether the programme is actually working.

Pay for the loyalty programme. Add only what you use.

99 DKK a month runs the whole programme. Add-ons are priced one at a time from 19 DKK, so you only pay for what you open. Prices exclude VAT, and you cancel in the portal.

We are new, and we would rather say so

MightyLoyalty was built for Maiya Nepali Kitchen in Copenhagen. That is our own restaurant, not an independent case study, and it is the programme you can open on your phone right now. We do not have hundreds of customers yet.

Common questions

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Customers scan a QR code and the loyalty card opens directly in their browser. They can optionally add it to their home screen as a web app, no App Store required.

How long does setup take?

Setting up in the portal usually takes about fifteen minutes: your logo, your colour, and how many stamps earn a reward. Then you print the QR poster and put it on the counter. If you would rather not do it alone, message us and we will set it up with you on a call.

What happens to my customer data and GDPR?

You are the data controller and we are the data processor. Data is stored in the EU, and we will send you a data processing agreement with the list of sub-processors before you go live. You can export your customer list at any time, we never sell it, and we never contact your customers.

Can I try before I commit?

You can open our live demo at loyalty.maiya.dk right now, which is our own restaurant, and see exactly what your customers would see. Beyond that: there is no free trial, and we would rather be straight about why. We used to run one, and it mostly gave owners a month to forget they had signed up. At 99 DKK with no binding period, and no add-ons you have not asked for, one month is what it costs to find out properly, and you cancel in the portal in two clicks.

Does it integrate with my POS?

No, and that is deliberate. MightyLoyalty never touches your till, so you do not have to switch systems, buy a module, or call your provider. Staff scan the customer code on a phone or tablet beside the register, which adds a couple of seconds per customer.
