Salon loyalty program for barbers and beauty salons
The salon punch card without the paper. Clients scan at the chair, collect visits, and earn the treatment or upgrade you choose. No app, no booking system changes.
Why does a loyalty program work so well in a salon?
A salon is close to the perfect business for a loyalty program: clients come back on a predictable cycle, the price is known in advance, and you talk to them for twenty minutes with both of you free to look at a phone. A digital salon loyalty program removes the one thing that used to break it, which is that the paper card disappeared somewhere between two appointments eight weeks apart.
- The card cannot get lost between visits because it lives on the phone.
- You can see who is drifting away and when they last came in.
- No booking system integration: it runs alongside whatever you already use.
- You can sign a client up in the chair, while you are talking anyway.
Built for how a salon actually runs
Six things that separate a card clients use from one they forget.
- Sign up in the chair
- You have the client full attention for twenty minutes. That is the best moment to ask, and joining takes under a minute.
- The card survives eight weeks
- Two months often pass between appointments. A paper card disappears in that window. A phone does not.
- You can see churn coming
- A client who used to come every six weeks and has not been in for four months is on their way to another salon. You can see it and still do something about it.
- Rewards priced for a salon
- Ten cuts and the tenth free is expensive. A treatment, a product sample, or an upgrade costs you less and lands just as well. If a colour should count for more than a trim, you can stamp per treatment or per amount spent instead of per visit.
- Works across the whole team
- Several chairs, several stylists, one card. Staff scan on their own device and you see the activity in one place.
- Your own branding
- The salon logo and colour on the client screen, on your own subdomain. Not another company app with your name in small print.
Getting the salon started
You can do it between two clients.
- 01. Choose the reward
- Think about something that costs you little and feels like a lot: a treatment, an upgrade, or a product rather than a free cut.
- 02. Set the card up in your branding
- Logo, colour, and how many visits earn the reward. It usually takes about fifteen minutes and you can change it afterwards.
- 03. Ask at the chair, not at the door
- Put the poster at the desk, but ask for the signup while the client is sitting down. That is where they say yes.

Salon loyalty program FAQ
How many visits should a salon reward take?
Clients come in less often than at a cafe, so ten visits can take over a year. Five or six lands better, because the reward then sits inside a year and still feels worth collecting.
Do clients need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code with their camera and the card opens in the browser. They can add a shortcut to their home screen, but it is optional.
Does it work with my booking system?
It runs alongside your booking system and does not talk to it. You do not have to change systems or integrate anything, and in exchange a staff member scans the client code at payment.
Can several stylists add visits?
Yes. Each staff member can have their own access to the scan screen, and you see all the activity together in the owner portal.
What does it cost for a salon?
Standard is 99 DKK per month and Pro is 249 DKK per month, roughly 13 and 33 EUR, both with unlimited members and no binding period. There is no per-stamp charge and no setup fee, and paying for a year makes two months free.
Standard 99 DKK/mo excl. VAT, about 13 EUR, for the whole loyalty program, with add-ons from 19 DKK/mo. No setup fee and no binding period. Pay yearly and two months are free.
